Introduction- Multimedia

        Initially, my understanding of art and technology was very limited and I only knew what my sister would tell me about her art major in college. Even after just one class, I can see it is more than what meets the eye. I'm not very advanced in either of these fields, but I hope I can make positive contributions to the class being one of the two psychology majors here. I'm excited to see what I can take from this class and use it in real life.

        A little about myself is that I am a second semester freshman, from New Jersey, and as previously mentioned, a psychology major here. I think of myself as a pretty reserved, creative, and an optimistic person. Some of my best interests are working with kids and animals. This is my first class I'm taking here that I can use some of my creative thinking which I'm pretty excited about as well.

        Although many students in this class have said that they took this class as a requirement, I hope we all get to gain a lot out of the experience and class material. Art has always been an interesting part of my life and I forward to what this class can add to my knowledge. I'm excited to see others' interests and points of view on the same topic that I wouldn't completely see on my own.

On Angel de Quinta's Stage Door Blog, he gives really detailed and effective descriptions of some plays. After going through all of the years and reading about them, I thought that, Mary Poppins Returns- The Place Where Lost Things Go, stood out the most to me.         Having the ability to watch these Disney classics as I was growing up makes me stay bonded to the concept of having the return of another work of art. Evolution of the Automobile             In a mere 127 years, the simple horse and carriage evolved into the automobile, now with the technologies to drive itself, use the sun’s power, park itself, and have a GPS installed ready to go anywhere.
